There’s some serious tension brewing between Drake and Rick Ross, as the two rappers continue to trade direct shots at each other on social media. It all started with Ross’s diss track “Champagne Moments,” released on April 15, where he accused Drake of getting cosmetic surgery, labeled him a “white boy,” and more. While Drake hasn’t responded with a diss track of his own, he did address the situation on Instagram.
On Tuesday night (April 16), Ross reposted a video discussing Drake selling his last remaining property in the United States. The video highlighted Drake’s $88 million mansion, described as “the most expensive home on the market right now in the prestigious 90210 area code,” according to L.A. luxury realtor Tyler Neale.
Ross also posted a video where he criticized Drake’s slow response time and taunted him about his alleged cosmetic procedures. He challenged Drake to admit to getting a nose job and a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), stating, “Just confess. I know you’re not going to respond. Your pace is boring.”
In response, Drake swiftly shared a screenshot of his DM exchange with Ross on his own Instagram story. He mocked Ross’s wealth, comparing his expensive purchases to cheap steals and questioning the value of his properties. Drake also insulted Ross by calling him a “Brett Berrish worker,” referencing Luc Belaire’s owner, a brand Ross frequently promotes.
Drake continued to make fun of Ross’s property size in his next story, suggesting that Ross’s Miami residence is like a content creator’s crib.
